Dalam rangka untuk memperkaya, dan menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan terkait dengan penyusunan Tata Tertib Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Badan Pembuatan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tangerang yang di Pimpin oleh Imam Turmuji ,SE beserta Anggota Bapemperda DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang bertandang ke Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Rombongan Kunjungan kerja Bapemperda DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Bapemperda Imam Turmuji, SE., didampingi oleh Anggota Bapemperda lainnya diterima oleh Drs. Dedi Mulyadi, Plt (Pelaksana tugas) Sekwan DPRD Kabupaten Garut Jumat, 20 Juli 2018, di Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Garut.
Ketua Bapemperda Imam Turmuji,SE, dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa kehadiran Rombongan Bapemperda ke DPRD Kabupaten Garut selain silaturahmi juga ingin sharing untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai peran Bapemperda Kabupaten Garut, dan kami ingin sharing mengenai : Apakah di DPRD Kabupaten Garut sudah merubah Peraturan Tata Tertib (Tatib) setelah terbitnya PP No. 12/2018 , bagaimana evaluasi Perda –Perda yang telah dibuat dan efektivitas pelaksanaan Perda oleh Pemerintah daerah.
Plt. Sekwan Kabupaten Garut Dedi Mulyadi mengatakan bahwa saat ini di DPRD Kabupaten Garut masih menggunakan Peraturan Tata Tertib Tahun 2016, belum merubah atau merevisi Peraturan Tata Tertib Dewan/DPRD Tahun 2016, sebagaimana yang diatur dalam PP 12 Tahun 2018, dan saat ini sedang merencanakan akan membuat dan merevisi Peraturan Tata Tertib DPRD/Dewan, dan insya Allah tahun ini juga akan merevisi Tatib yang disesuaikan dengan PP no. 12/2018. hal ini termasuk yang diprioritaskan.
Sampai bulan Juli ini DPRD Kabupaten Garut telah membahas 4 Raperda dari 14 yang diagendakan dalam Prolegda. dan sampai bulan juni / dismester I baru 4 Raperda yang dibaas ( 1 Raperda dari inisiatif DPRD dan 3 dari Raperda Eksekutif).
Sedangkan Raperda Tata Ruang /Perda TR masih berada di Kementerian dan sampai saat ini masih tertunda. Perda Tata Ruang mengatur Kawasan Industri, Pertanian, Perumahan/Pemukiman, Pembangunan Industri /penetapan kawasan industri.
Lebih lanjut Dedi Mulyadi menjelaskan bahwa Perda kawasan bebas merokok, sudah ada, tapi judulnya adalah larangan menggunakan zat adiktif.(Ronald)
